HOW DO OUR CANINE SECURITY SERVICE SAFEGUARD YOUR PREMISES?

Initial Client Consultation and Site Assessment

Understanding Client Needs: We start by engaging in a comprehensive consultation with the client to understand their specific security requirements and any industry-specific nuances that need to be considered.

Site Visit and Risk Assessment: One of our experienced security managers conduct a thorough site visit to assess the location and carry out a comprehensive documented risk assessment. This includes identifying access points, high-risk areas, and any potential vulnerabilities that need to be addressed.

Proposal Development

Customised Security Plan: Based on the information gathered during the consultation and site visit, K4 experts develop a customised security plan. This plan outlines the number of K9 units needed, their qualifications, shifts, and any specialised training requirements.

Cost Estimation: A detailed cost estimate will be provided, including any additional equipment or technology that may be required for effective security.

Assignment of Dedicated Account Manager

Dedicated Account Manager: A dedicated manager is assigned to oversee the security operations at the given location. The manager will be responsible for coordinating all security efforts and acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.

Service Protocol Planning: A detailed service protocol is developed based on the risk assessment. This document will contain assignment instructions, emergency response procedures, and standard operating guidelines for on-site Canine team.

Canine Team Selection and Training

Licensed and Certified Handlers: All our K4 branded uniformed canine handlers are licensed by SIA and certified by NASDU, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to handle security dogs effectively.

Canine Selection and Training: We carefully select and train our security dogs based on their temperament, obedience, and suitability for security tasks. They undergo rigorous training to ensure they are responsive to commands and well-suited for the assigned site.

Scheduling and Deployment

Assignment Instructions: Each canine security team receives specific instructions detailing their patrol frequencies, routes, checkpoints, and any additional tasks they need to perform.

Regular Shifts: Canine security teams are deployed in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule to ensure continuous coverage.
